Owner & Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner
Born and raised in Wamego, Kansas, Ashley is a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over a decade of experience. She specializes in injectables, threads, and personalized skincare using medical-grade products like ZO® Skin Health.
Ashley is certified through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and the American MedSpa Association. She’s passionate about helping clients feel confident in their skin — at every age and stage –we Take the Lemons of Aging and Make Lemonade.

Barby brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience to Lemonade Aesthetics, including many spent in emergency medicine. Now certified in aesthetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers, she’s found her passion in facial and laser treatments that visibly improve skin health and restore confidence.
Originally from Southern California, Barby blends clinical skill with a warm, approachable style that makes clients feel instantly at ease.
