Ashley Oliphant is the owner of Lemonade Aesthetics and a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than a decade of clinical experience. She specializes in injectables, thread treatments, and personalized skin care using professional-grade products like ZO® Skin Health.
Born and raised in Wamego, Kansas, Ashley brings a personal, thoughtful approach to every treatment plan. She is certified through the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics and the American Med Spa Association, and she is passionate about helping clients feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their skin.

Barby brings nearly 20 years of nursing experience to Lemonade Aesthetics, including many spent in emergency medicine. Now certified in aesthetic neurotoxins and dermal fillers, she’s found her passion in facial and laser treatments that visibly improve skin health and restore confidence.
Originally from Southern California, Barby blends clinical skill with a warm, approachable style that makes clients feel instantly at ease.
